James T. Tweedy:  

Earned B.S. in Geography, Regents College, NY in 1979 and M.S. in Safety Management, Central Missouri University, 1984. Served 24 years with the U.S. Air Force with assignments in California, Mississippi, Guam, Texas, Missouri, and Alabama. Key positions included Flight Planning Administration, Education Program Manager, Senior IBM Combat Crew Commander, Missile Operations Scheduler, Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies at Samford University, Regional Director of Admissions, and Junior ROTC Program Manager. Retired in 1993 as a Commissioned Officer. After the Air Force, I worked 4 years as an Insurance Safety and Loss Prevention Director. Founded TLC Services, a safety performance consulting and training company, in 1996. From 1997 through early 2008 conducted training and consulting services for healthcare organizations nationwide including nursing homes and hospitals.
